However, if you are not fully satisfied with our services, we offer the following policy: Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with the grooming services your pet received, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment. We will offer a complimentary re-grooming session to correct any issues. No Refunds: As grooming is a personalized service, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your pet’s satisfaction and will make every effort to address any concerns. Re-grooming Option: If you're dissatisfied with the results, we are happy to schedule a re-grooming session at no additional cost. This option ensures that your pet gets the look and care you desire.
